CRMIT Solutions has acquired Brooke Global. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Vinod Narapa Reddy of CRMIT Solutions stated that Brooke Global "adds an important dimension to CRMIT's journey by deepening our understanding of public sector transformation."
Bruce McGregor of Brooke Global commented that joining CRMIT allows them to combine their expertise "with global delivery capabilities and advanced AI technologies, creating a powerful platform to help our customers accelerate transformation while maintaining the governance, trust and accountability they expect."
