Peter Millar has acquired G/Fore, a luxury golf brand, from its founder Mossimo Giannulli. The transaction was completed in 2018. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
G/Fore was founded in 2011 by Mossimo Giannulli, initially developing colorful golf gloves before expanding into a lifestyle collection of golf-influenced footwear and apparel.
