Inworld AI has acquired Ultravox.ai, a company that provides a platform for building real-time voice agents. The acquisition aims to advance Inworld AI's speech-to-speech AI and real-time inference infrastructure. Ultravox’s expertise in turn-taking and interruption-handling will be integrated into Inworld’s AI research lab, which serves consumer-scale applications.
