Elvie is thrilled to announce a significant funding milestone, having raised ÂŁ136,000,000 to accelerate our mission of delivering smart tech for smart bodiesâą. With a fierce commitment to taking womenâs tech out of the dark ages, we are doubling down on developing radical female-first technology that gives womenâs bodies and lives the respect they deserve. As our visionary founder Tania Boler famously says, âWe need tech that finally puts womenâs needs first. After all, why should we have to make do with shoddy design or pink spin-offs when there are self-driving cars in the world?â This new investment will bolster our efforts to build on the robust foundations of our award-winning products, the Elvie Trainer and Elvie Pump, which have already garnered over 50 awards for innovation and designâincluding prestigious accolades like the CES Innovation Award, IDA Design Award, and Red Dot Award.
The fresh capital injection is slated to be deployed across multiple fronts. It will drive further research and development in our state-of-the-art innovation hub in Bristol and expand our global presence from our headquarters in London to markets in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Additionally, the funding will enhance our ability to innovate continuously, ensuring our products not only empower women but also anyone who can use them, regardless of how they identify. As we forge ahead on our mission-led journey, we invite experienced professionals and aspiring talent to join us in making a tangible difference. With this new round of funding, Elvie is firmly positioned to lead the charge in pioneering design and technology that truly meets the needs of all users.
