Equisera has raised $397K in seed funding. The company engineers circular energy systems that turn biogenic materials and waste into clean, fossil-competitive fuels while capturing carbon dioxide.
At the core of its technology is a patented Rising Pressure Reformer, or RiPR, which uses supercritical water to produce biomethane, hydrogen, captured carbon dioxide and biochar. The pitch to industry is straightforward: decarbonise using existing infrastructure, without compromising reliability or cost. Equisera says the system is designed for real-world deployment and offers a scalable pathway to clean, circular energy.
