Ground-A has raised $10.2M in pre-seed funding, a notably large check for a company at that stage. The Middle East-focused contracting and restoration firm plans to build out both sides of its business with the capital.
Ground-A handles general contracting, EPC, design-build and turnkey delivery, along with civil, structural, MEP and infrastructure work. Its restoration arm covers structural rehabilitation, façade and envelope repair, MEP upgrades and heritage preservation. The company says its principals bring more than 30 years of combined experience overseeing projects exceeding SAR 12 billion in combined value, and it has worked across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Ghana and Nigeria.
