Tired of the inefficiencies in legacy cross-border payments, Latitude has raised $35.0M to scale its alternative infrastructure. The funding round saw participation from Oak HC/FT and Coinbase Ventures, backing Latitude's mission to provide a more competitive and reliable way for businesses to move money internationally.
Its Latitude Liquidity Network, built on direct stablecoin and US bank integrations, allows US businesses to send USD and deliver local currency to over 50 countries at a transparent 0.5% flat rate, bypassing traditional middlemen and hidden spreads. The company also offers international stablecoin on-and-off-ramps and plans B2B pilots for embeddable ramps and virtual accounts.
