Nectar Social has raised $30.0M in a Series A round. The company runs an influencer marketing operation built around a network of nano and micro influencers, the kind of smaller-following creators brands increasingly lean on to build visibility across social platforms.
Nectar pitches itself as a partner for companies looking to generate creative content and broader buzz, working with clients to set goals and then pursue them across platforms. The new capital gives the company room to build out that model, though specifics on how the money will be spent weren't disclosed.
