NewDays has raised $16.0M in seed funding, a bet that AI can make cognitive therapy feel less like a clinical chore and more like a daily habit. The round is backed by Madrona and General Catalyst.
The Seattle-based startup, founded in 2024 by veterans of Amazon and Google X, targets people with mild cognitive impairment or early dementia. Its pitch: pair expert-led therapy with AI-driven practice to help patients maintain function and confidence-without relying on drugs. The company says its approach is science-backed, though it’s still early days for a field crowded with digital health hopefuls. The fresh capital will go toward building out the platform and clinical oversight as NewDays looks to carve a niche between traditional care and pure tech solutions.
