OpenBorder Shipping has raised $10.0M in seed funding to build out its digital freight forwarding platform for small and mid-sized businesses. Peak XV Partners, Capital 49, and Harlem Capital backed the round.
The company's pitch is consolidation: instead of trading emails and phone calls to line up carriers, customers get quotes from dozens of carriers through a single platform and can book with a few clicks. OpenBorder says its team reviews every shipment for accuracy and flags anything that needs action before it moves.
