Epishine has raised $2.0M in new funding. The Swedish company makes printed organic solar cells designed to capture indoor light and power small electronics, an approach meant to cut out cables and disposable batteries.
Karl-Johan Persson is the investor behind the round. Epishine positions its technology as a way to make devices self-powered, reducing the maintenance that comes with replacing batteries.
