Smplify has raised $1.0M in pre-seed funding from Golden Ventures and Aviso Ventures. The company builds device management infrastructure for Apple, Windows, and Linux - one API, under the customer's own brand, governed at the point of execution. Android is coming soon.
Smplify pitches itself to platform builders who want to ship device management without building it, to MSPs and MSSPs standardizing every client under one policy object, and to enterprise IT teams that want automation without losing control. Every device-changing request - from a person, a pipeline, or an AI agent - hits an Approval Gate that can be set to automatic, notify, approve, two-person, or deny, with every decision audited and exported in OCSF. There's no endpoint agent on Apple or Windows; the company speaks each OS's native management protocol instead, and the product is self-hostable.
