Intellivisa raised $3.0M in pre-seed funding to build what it calls the clearance layer for international travel. The round drew backing from Mu Ventures, Incisive Ventures, United Airlines Ventures, Uncommon Denominator, Recursive Ventures, Altair Capital and Smart Partnership Capital.
The company's AI agents read traveler documents, verify eligibility, complete government forms and submit travel authorizations, declarations and visa applications end-to-end - compressing a manual, days-long compliance process into an auditable workflow that runs in minutes. Intellivisa is built into the booking flows of airlines, travel management companies and online travel agencies, and supports travelers across 195 countries. Its pitch rests on a blunt observation: every booking engine in the world sells travel it cannot clear.
