Tenix raised $4.0M in seed funding to keep chipping away at the daily grind of condo and property management. The round drew backing from Jeff Horing, Refract Ventures, Kevin Clark, Joshua Dines, and Arel Lidow.
The company's platform gives property managers and tenants a single place to handle everyday tasks - booking amenities, requesting replacement items, and filing other common requests - through a concierge-style portal accessible on a phone or computer. Tenix's pitch is simple: fewer emails, fewer clipboards, a few clicks instead.
