Barcelona-based Qilimanjaro Quantum Tech has raised $21.9M in Series A funding, with Indra Group and the Sociedad Espa帽ola para la Transformaci贸n Tecnol贸gica (SETT) backing the round.
The company, founded in 2019, builds full-stack analog quantum computers on superconducting fluxonium - every layer from the qubit to the cloud. Its bet is that analog is the natural route to fault tolerance, one that doesn't run through quantum error correction, and that it pairs well with digital quantum processors and classical HPC. Qilimanjaro's multimodal systems run all three in a single platform under one programming language. Its products include SpeQtrum On-Prem for HPC centres and research institutions, SpeQtrum Cloud, and quantum onboarding services for customers designing their first workloads.
