Whiteshield has raised $15.0M from Ruya Partners, giving the Dubai- and Riyadh-based company fresh capital to push its AI-native sovereign intelligence platform deeper into government work.
Founded in 2011 out of the Harvard and OECD communities, Whiteshield builds tools that help governments shift from periodic policymaking to continuous adaptation - combining workforce and economic intelligence with adaptive policy applications. Its experts work alongside governments to design and scale sovereign AI solutions, with a footprint spanning the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Eurasia and Asia.
