QualSights has raised $5.0M to keep building out its market research platform, which pairs always-on sensors with an app and AI-driven analytics to help brands study how people actually behave.
The company's pitch is that it can capture consumer behavior as it happens rather than relying on what people remember later. Its sensors collect data passively, its Participant App digs into the reasons behind that behavior, and its platform turns the resulting mess into something brands can act on. QualSights says its tools are used by Fortune 500 companies in the CPG, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors.
